Conflict is an inevitable part of life and work. My vision is that through constructive conflict tools, self-awareness and coaching, we can have more harmonious, aligned and innovative teams and leadership.
The high cost of conflict is quantifiable but often hidden from the P&L sheet. It consumes management and HR intervention time, increases errors, and destroys reputations. Critically, it erodes trust.
